This Venison Tortellini Bake Recipe uses 3 different cheese variations along with the stuffed pasta to make it extra cheesy

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds ground venison
  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 (28-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup finely shredded Romano cheese
  • 12-inch cast iron skillet
